By using the Zeeeedha website and panel, creating an account, or placing any order through the panel, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website or panel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Zeeeedha reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed about any updates.

2. Nature of Services

Zeeeedha provides digital services related to increasing followers, views, likes, comments and other services connected to social media platforms.

All services are delivered electronically through the panel, and no guarantee is given that the results will achieve any specific marketing goal for the user.

3. Eligibility

The user must have full legal capacity to use the website and services.

By using the services, you confirm that the accounts or links for which you place orders belong to you or that you have full authorization to manage them.

4. Account Creation and Login Details

The user is required to provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating an account.

The user bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account on the Zeeeedha panel.

The management has the right to suspend or cancel any account in case of suspected misuse or violation of these terms.

5. Prices, Payments and Balance

All prices displayed in the panel are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Account balance is topped up using the available payment methods. Adding funds to your balance does not in itself justify a refund after the funds have been used for orders.

The user is responsible for any additional fees that may be imposed by payment gateways or banks.

6. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Zeeeedha works to process orders as quickly as possible according to the type and nature of each service.

Any delivery times mentioned in the service description are estimates only, and Zeeeedha does not commit to a specific delivery deadline.

Delays beyond the estimated time do not create any obligation to compensate or refund, except in accordance with the policy of each service and at the discretion of the management.

7. Shortages, Cancellations and Compensation

If there is a significant shortage in the service after an order has been completed (such as the number of followers dropping below the agreed quantity), the user may open a ticket or submit a refill request, depending on what is available for that service.

Cancellation or compensation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Zeeeedha is not obliged to refund balances or payments unless the service cannot be delivered in full, and this is subject to the management’s discretion.

Orders that have already entered the processing stage or have been completed cannot be cancelled.

8. Use of Services and User Responsibility

The user agrees not to use the services for any activities that violate laws, regulations, public morals or the rights of others.

It is prohibited to use the services to promote prohibited content, fake or fraudulent accounts, or any activity that may harm social media platforms or their users.

You bear sole and full responsibility for any damage, ban or suspension that may affect your social media accounts as a result of using the services.

9. Compliance with Social Media Platform Policies

Your use of the services means that you agree to comply with all the terms and policies of the social media platforms for which you request services (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, Telegram and others).

Zeeeedha is not responsible for any action taken by these platforms against your accounts due to violations of their policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zeeeedha shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages or loss of profits resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

The maximum liability that Zeeeedha may bear – if compensation is deemed applicable – is limited to the value of the remaining balance in your account or the value of the service in question, whichever is lower.

11. Changes to Services and Website

Zeeeedha has the right to add, modify or discontinue any service or feature on the website or panel at any time without prior notice.

Your continued use of the website after any modification constitutes implied acceptance of the changes.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is used in accordance with the Privacy Policy in effect on the website, which explains how data is collected, used and protected.

No Zeeeedha staff member will ever ask you for the passwords to your social media accounts. Any sharing of such information is solely at your own responsibility.

13. Service Suspension or Termination

Zeeeedha has the right to suspend or cancel a user’s account, or prevent them from using the services, in the event of a violation of these terms, misuse, or any attempt to harm the website or its clients.

The user may stop using the services and request account deletion at any time through the available mechanism in the panel or by contacting support.
